Bullet Proof Vest Sizing
Vest Sizes range from one manufacture to another
Please measure yourself prior to ordering
Call for assistance if necessary

We care that you get a vest that fits you (see our Satisfaction Guarantee) Please help us by taking your measurements as instructed below. Round to the nearest inch or centimeter.

What is a perfect fit for you?
Belly – Sides
It is ideal to have the front and back panels close to touching at the sides. This provides almost full wraparound coverage, without overlapping which would cause a bulge under your clothing.
You may want an inch or so of overlap on the sides for Tactical armor – to get 100% + coverage. Or you may want an inch or two – or more – of a gap to allow more freedom of movement, and ventilation.

Front Length
Concealable vests are designed to cover the vital organs, not the entire torso. It may be preferred to get a longer vest for more coverage vs. standard length, but it's also important not to get too long of a vest.
Too long and it will hit your belt when you sit or bend, and push up into your throat. Generally we recommend taking an inch or two off the Collarbone to Belly Button measurement when sitting.
Chest
A wider bullet proof vest gives more coverage, but less freedom to move, and less ventilation. Let us know what your preference if, and we will get the right vest for you.

1. Height ________ feet, ________ inches (or cm.)
2. Weight ________ lbs. (or kg.)

3. Chest

At the widest point, under your arms, standing up, relaxed, measure snugly.

________ inches (or cm.)

4. Sternum Notch to Belly Button

a. Sit down.
b. Find your sternum notch which is the center joint of your collarbone (just below the bottom of your throat).
c. Measure straight down the center of your chest to your belly button while you are sitting down in a normal relaxed position.
Collor Bone to Belly Button Sitting Down
________ inches (or cm.)

You will probably want to take an inch or two, or more, off this measurement when we size you, but tell us the actual measurement.
