Designed to keep you protected in frigid temperatures, the Winter Quilted Outershell accommodates soft ballistic panels while providing insulation for extra warmth and absolute comfort. The convenient side-opening design is easy to donn and doff and can be worn over the uniform in the coldest climates.

To receive item as seen in the picture select "Yes" to add the Name and Badge Tags. Then select the Pass Through Pocket option.

FEATURES
- Accommodates PACA concealable side opening ballistic panels.
- Self Suspending Ballistic System™ (SSBS).
- Front to back side wrap.
- Internal cummerbund for form fitting adjustability.
- Constructed of quilted polyester nylon insulated with 100% polyester lightweight fiber fill.
- Special hand warming pocket system incorporates a pass through compartment to keep hands insulated while the additional top layer is divided into two hidden storage pockets which stores and secures items safely.
- Name and badge tab holders.

- Soft/ steel trauma insert.
- Special Threats Plate (STP).

IMPORTANT:
When ordering a carrier make sure that your ballistic panels are made by the same manufacture as the carrier you plan on ordering. Each manufacture has there own style when making their ballistics so make sure to verify this to insure the ballistics will fit properly into the new carrier ordered.
