Sabre Red contains an ultraviolet dye for suspect identification, 10% OC solution @ 2,000,000 (2 million) Scoville Heat Units (SHU's) as quality controlled by a High Pressure Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) Test. This level of Capsaicinoids is the maximum amount of red pepper pungency contained in any Sabre defense spray.
