All items purchased from Body Armor Outlet, will be shipped within 24hours of a cleared payment of operational business days. If manufacturing time is needed for any item purchased, this item will be shipped within the 24hours of receiving the finished product from the manufacture excluding non operational days. For hours of operation please look at the bottom of this page. If you need to have an order immediately please contact us before ordering to verify that your item/s are in stock. When items are not in stock they are ordered to fulfill your order. Any orders placed with BAO after 11am EST will be shipped the following business day excluding weekends and holidays. Body Armor Outlet requires that you contact us prior to the return of any item. From the date of delivery you will have five (5) business days to return items purchased. Store credits are offered on all items purchased. If the item purchased is not as described we can offer a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items. If an item is ordered by the factory then the fee will be adjusted per the manufactures cost to return an ordered item. If there is a exchange of the item for a similar item the 15% restocking fee will be waived. Body Armor Outlet reserves the right to deny a return if it is not in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from our location, shows any signs of wear (on new items), or for any reason we feel you jeopardized the ballistics. Any returns need to be sent with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns wile in transit back to us.

All refunds will be issued back within 7-days from the date item is received by Body Armor Outlet. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is not in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from our location.
