By buying body armor from us, you certify that you are law-abiding, of adult age (18 years of age or older), and have no felony convictions. It is unlawful for a felon to possess Body Armor under federal law unless required by your employer (see 18 U.S.C.A. Section 931). You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase body armor. Per our policy customers must also agree that the use of this item will be for legal purposes only. You agree that you will not purposely shoot this armor while wearing it, purposely shoot anyone else while wearing it or purposely shot while wearing it for any reason. If you do not meet the qualifications, we ask that you do not purchase from us. We are providing armor for Law Enforcement, Military Personnel, Private Security Officers, Range Safety, and all other legal uses. If you have any other reason for purchasing armor, then please do not buy from us. We require verification of age, not being a felon, and a statement of reason for purchase and lawful safe use.

ITAR REGULATIONS (NIGHT VISION AND HARD ARMOR LEVEL IV AND ABOVE)

The Export of ITAR regulated products such as Night Vision and Armor level IV is under control of the Office of Munitions Control, U.S. Department of State and is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and falls under the the International Traffic in Arms Regulations per title 22 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Parts 120-130. Shipment of Generation 2 or Generation 3 night vision as well as level IV armor without proper licensing or consent is strictly prohibited.
